Provides 1-3 visits with a counselor per topic At hire date ~ employee, family and anyone living in your home is eligible to use the service

Provides 60% of pay after 90 days of disability The first of the month following (90) days of employment

and Match
Pre-tax retirement plan, OASIS will match 20% The quarter following (250) hours of service
Profit Bonuses When profitable we will pay a bonus to all current employees Work during the quarter and be a current employee
