- VOICESTREAM
Customer
needed to decentralize 250+ people from one location to 6
other sites in a smooth transitional order. OASIS worked with
the customer groups to provide solutions to their particular
needs. OASIS moved this customer in phases over 4 weekends
to address the needs of the customer such as, not being able
to shut down at any one time and to address the new occupancy
parameters of the multiple sites.
APROPOS
TECHNOLOGY
Customer
needed internal building moves from floor to floor and temporary
relocation of furniture & systems while tenant improvements
of carpet and painting were accomplished. This month-long
project was managed by OASIS. Furniture was moved from site
to temporary storage in OASIS’ Woodinville warehouse.
Tenant improvements were made and OASIS returned the furniture
and installed the systems furniture in a new configuration.
This event was done for four different customer groups in
the same 5-story building.
CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD
This customer shut down their operations on the 27th floor
on late Friday afternoon and was up and running on the 57th
floor first thing Monday morning. OASIS moved 50 employees,
24 offices, two conference rooms, reception areas, kitchen
and all of the computers, printers and other office equipment
over the weekend. In addition, OASIS managed the entire move
process and worked closely with the move coordinator to ensure
that all employees were packed and ready to go on schedule.
After the move, OASIS followed up by hanging pictures, rearranging
furniture and performing other custom adjustments to ensure
that everything was just how the client wanted it. From start
to finish, a smooth, well-organized move!
